Family Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat
Join us July 17–20, 2026, for a unique opportunity to bring the whole family together for a yoga retreat. Led by mothers, yoga teachers, wellness and meditation practitioners, Yvonne Mayshark and Sandy Lamerson, this retreat offers a chance to connect with nature, your family, and other like-minded families.
The retreat will take place in Westport, CA, at a beautiful hilltop sanctuary overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with meadows, hiking trails, and welcoming community spaces to explore and enjoy together.
We look forward to welcoming your family. Families may bring their own gear to camp, or stay in a tent cabin or indoor room.

Accommodations and Pricing
Rates are all-inclusive and include food, activities, and lodging. To help keep prices affordable, each family member will be assigned a small work task, such as washing dishes, food preparation, or helping with field games. You can indicate your preference on the registration form.
